My first Earl Gray cookie and my third cookie ever! :D
I thought I was going to fail because the batter was melting in the oven at high speed… Well, I did fail in baking square cookies, though. Last time I baked, the heat didn’t go through evenly, so the inside was raw while the outside was hard. This time I am happy it was well done.
Overall it wasn’t bad. I think I should try some more! :)

Hehe, thank you! They didn’t taste like actual Earl Gray cookies as I initially wanted, though. (I somehow didn’t add almond powder.. That’s probably one of the reasons why lol) But they turned out to be fairly good-tasting butter cookies <3
